Design of an international travel platform that takes every code of the global leader in peer-to-peer home rentals, and pushes trust between hosts and travelers further. Project in development.
Koma is an international travel platform connecting travelers and property owners around the world. You know the concept: unique homes rented between individuals, booked in a few clicks. Koma takes everything that made the world's most famous home-rental platform a success, then adds what it lacks: video tours to see each property before booking, masked calls that keep everyone's phone number private, and a service that creates the listing on the owner's behalf.
Everything you would expect from a major peer-to-peer rental platform, without exception: detailed listings, search by destination, dates and number of travelers, instant booking and secure online payment, built-in messaging, calendar and dashboard for hosts.
Where others stop, Koma keeps going. Every property can be toured by video before booking, to eliminate bad surprises. Calls between hosts and travelers are masked: no one exposes their phone number. And two-way ratings assess homes and travelers alike.
Many owners give up for lack of time. Koma creates the listing for them: photo and video shoot of the property, copywriting of the description, publishing, pricing and calendar optimization. All the owner has to do is welcome guests.
