L'atelier Clint is a real estate advisory, management and design company based in Dubai. It supports owners and travelers end to end across three complementary lines of business: rentals of exceptional residences with hotel-grade standards, full renovation and interior design signed by its in-house teams, and complete rental management, from staging and tenant selection to performance reports. A hotel-like experience for travelers, hassle-free returns for owners. The company currently operates exclusively in Dubai, with international expansion in its sights.
A booking platform with hotel-grade standards: search by destination, dates and travelers, polished property pages, booking in just a few minutes. From short stays to long retreats, every residence is hand-picked, fully equipped and managed.
From full renovations to bespoke interior design, the in-house craftsmen and designers transform each property into a refined, timeless environment: noble materials, signature finishes, details considered from end to end.
L'atelier Clint takes care of properties from A to Z: high-end staging, tenant selection, maintenance, rent collection and quarterly performance reports. The goal: maximum returns, with zero operational burden for the owner.
