Logerpro is a social-impact commercial real estate company based in La Courneuve, Seine-Saint-Denis, and certified ESUS. Its model rests on two opposite yet complementary promises: renting offices, warehouses and workshops with a capped deposit to businesses that standard French commercial leases shut out, and protecting owners' vacant properties through supervised temporary occupancy instead of paid security.
Two audiences, two narratives, one website to build, with a clear commercial goal: generate qualified enquiries from tenants and landlords alike.
